   Welcome to my chimney sweep service. I've been cleaning / repairing  chimneys for over 15 years now. Lately, I've been doing a lot of 2nd opinion  calls for people being told they need a new chimney lining. 99% of the chimneys I look at don't need a new lining! My home was built in 1927 and still has the original lining.    

I DO NOT INSTALL LININGS, THAT IS WHY PEOPLE CALL ME FOR 2ND OPINIONS. YOU GET AN HONEST OPINION BECAUSE I HAVE NOTHING TO GAIN.

I've worked for some large companies on both the east and west coasts where price and technique vary.The company I worked for here is charging upwards of $200.00, which I find outrageous! My fee for sweeping a chimney is $125.00 If you have a woodstove, the fee is $250.00 Inspections are included with cleanings. Inspections / 2nd opinions without cleanings are $99.00.

The difference between my company and others is we don't have commissioned employees! All work is done/supervised by owner, not seasonal or commissioned employees!! The owner {me}, is always, always on site! So, if you want an honest opinion of what your chimney needs contact me.
